How to pay for your service

We are happy to offer you variety ways to pay for your services as well as installing payment for your peace of mind.

We also offer escrow service which once the goods finish its journey, you will need to pay for the money.

Please note: 

  • Before payment, we will always send you the Service quotation and invoice with the payment information.
  • You need to log into your customer service (use “tracking” function) from the menu), and pay for it from there.
  • All payment without Invoice number or quotation number will be declined and refund to the payer.

For international customer we will accept

  • Paypal (fees: 3%).
  • Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express (integrated and power by Stripe). (fees: 1.7%)
  • Local Bank transfer to Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, US, UK, Europe bank account  (fees: 0).
  • Escrow service (integrated and power by Escrow) (3% ~ 5 %)

For Vietnamese customer

  • Bank transfer
  • Deposit at office
  • Payment by cash or by card at our office

Step by Step for Payment Scheme: 

  • Step 1: ImportExportVietnam send you quotation estimate and we negotiate on that.
  • Step 2: you accept the quotation estimation, ImportExportVietnam and you sign the contract
  • Step 3: we pick up the goods, measuring and issue the corrected invoice according to the real goods.
  • Step 4: Pay first installment (50% or other as mentioned in contract)
  • Step 5: Pay final installment once the goods finish custom clearance in the destination country, before delivery.
